- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt


Instructions:


1. Prepare the Cake:

   - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.

   - In a large mixing bowl, sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

   - Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix on medium speed until well combined.

   - Reduce the speed and carefully add the boiling water to the cake batter. Beat on high speed for about 1 minute to add air to the batter.
